As a former binge-eater and emotional eater, I spent many years trying (and failing) to meet society's definition of health and beauty.

Tired of the frustrations, confusion and calorie counting, I set out on a journey to heal my relationship with food and my body through the integration of my faith, intuitive eating and uprooting the lies from the enemy about health, wellness and beauty.

I have never felt closer to the Lord or more confident about who I am and what I am called to do.

Now I'm on a God-given mission to help women, like you, find food freedom and build body confidence so they can be healthier and happier than ever, by using a faith integrated approach to wellness.

I live in Texas with my husband and 3 kiddos, eat the foods I enjoy walks, pilates and barre, will put life on hold for a good book and LOVE JESUS!
