As a former binge-eater and emotional eater, I spent many years trying (and failing) to meet society's definition of health and beauty.

Tired of the frustrations, confusion, calorie counting and the yo-yo effects of weight cycling, I set out on a journey to heal my relationship with food and my body through the integration of my faith, the science of intuitive eating and uprooting the lies from the enemy that had kept me stuck for too many years.
